The idea of this site is to show the effectiveness or inefectiveness of the peanut butter jelly diet.
The Idea: If I hate just peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches for a
food and some kind of milk for a beverage, then I should be able to lower my weight from 200 pounds(7/31/06) to a lower 180
or 175 pounds, within the next year.
The Outcome:I will be able to run faster and be more active for my
trek in Philmont New Mexico next year, along with playing baseball better and hopefully being able to run the mile faster
than my current time.
